Welcome to Blackmore, Hook End and Wyatts Green Parish Council
The Council provides community services in a widespread rural civil parish situated between Chelmsford, Ongar and Brentwood. It contains three main settlements and a number of isolated hamlets — all surrounded by farmland within the Green Belt and Essex countryside. Blackmore village’s historic centre is a nationally recognised conservation area.

Meet the Councillors and Officers
The Register of Interests is administered online by the democracy division of Brentwood Council at Bbc.gov/uk or may be viewed in person by prior arrangement at the parish office.
Meetings and Events Calendar
Scheduled meetings of the full council are held at 7.30pm on the third Thursday of each month except in August. All meetings, until further notice, take place in the Committee Room, Tipps Cross Remembrance Hall, Blackmore Road, Hook End.
