Heather Eltham is well known for her voluntary community activities in Blackmore. She chaired the Village Fayre Committee for three years and remains a key organiser for the group. She is also involved in fund-raising and support for Blackmore’s Scouts. Now retired from a career in banking, Heather is a keen member of Brentwood Running Club and a regular at various village-based exercises classes
